Reporting that already knows your ERP

OmniReports is a Windows service on your server. It reads your ERP database over your own network. No cloud subscription, no VPN, and your data stays in the building.

What takes the time on a reporting project is finding where the numbers live in the ERP schema and getting them to agree with what the business already believes. That is the work we have done in Syspro, Sistrade and Prism sites for years, so your reports arrive built and reconciled instead of as an empty canvas with a licence attached.

People open a report and get what they expect: filters and search, sorting, control breaks and subtotals, summaries and pivots, dashboards and charts, and export to Excel, PDF or CSV. Reports are defined on the admin side. Everyone else reads them.

Where OmniReports stops

Every reporting tool has edges. These are ours, up front, because you will find them in the first month anyway.

  • It is not a general-purpose BI platform.

    OmniReports is anchored to a supported ERP. If you want to point a tool at anything in the business and model it yourself, Power BI is cheaper and Metabase is free.

  • It is not QlikView's associative engine.

    It covers the daily filter, subtotal, export and dashboard work that most QlikView sites actually use, and not the exploratory analysis the engine was built for.

  • It only reads.

    OmniReports never writes to your ERP. It cannot post a transaction, correct a master file or change a price.

  • It is one site on one server.

    There is no multi-tenant cloud to log into. A group runs separate installs under one agreement.

  • We support a short list of ERPs on purpose.

    Every ERP we add is a schema to learn and keep current through version changes and site customisations. We would rather cover Syspro, Sistrade and Prism properly than claim twenty.

It is running in production

The first OmniReports site is Bidvest Labels Rotolabel, a Cape Town label printer, live since September 2026. They are moving from Prism to Syspro and were running QlikView for management reporting.

The report that mattered was finished-goods stock management, the one the business runs its stock decisions on. We rebuilt it in OmniReports against the same data, and its numbers reconcile with the QlikView report it replaced. The people who know those numbers looked at the new report and recognised them.

One price per site

  • A flat licence per site, never per user.

    Everyone in the business can use it. Adding people does not add cost, which is the reason most sites stopped buying QlikView licences in the first place.

    Install, connections, and your reports built and reconciled against your data. Quoted before anything starts.

  • Reports for your industry or your business, quoted per report.

    Built on the same platform, as you need them.
